It'...I think it makes more sense to new buyers. It's very much like the feedback system Amazon uses - as well as other companies in different markets like Netflix. I also believe it's "gentler" to sellers because with the star rating it doesn't "hurt" as much. There's no freaking out over whether or not they have a negative. There was way too much emphasis on negs and neutrals. With a star rating people look at the overall stars more and realize not everyone will love a product all of the time.Rebecca D.
